BattleGroup Leader Duties

The Following are the Duties and Responsibilities expected of BattleGroup Leaders.

• BattleGroup Leaders are in immediate command of all TF Leaders within their own Battlegroup.
• Responsible for ensuring Task Force Reports are maintained and compiled to be sent to any department (Tactical, Operations, etc.) when they ask for the reports. Departments may ask for specific information from the reports or ask for special information to be gathered from TF Leaders that are not normally included in the weekly reports, it is up to you to fulfill these needs and provide the information that is requested in the desired format. If a Task Force Leader is not providing reports, you must first attempt to resolved the problem, however if that doesn't work it must be reported to the Tactical Department.
• Responsible for Immediately Addressing any of the Questions, Comments, or Concerns presented in any of the reports from the Task Force Leaders; If unable to resolve it or needs to be bypassed to the next person in the chain of command, do so.
• Responsible for Organizing BattleGroup Level Events.

Task Force Weekly Reports MUST be reviewed preferably by Friday night but can be reviewed by Saturday night (ONLY if you cannot have them reviewed by Friday night).
